M.E.L.T. Workout’s bootcamps are group personal training sessions…unlike any class you’ve been to at a gym or generic “bootcamp.” Most places give a general workout everyone follows, with no scientific programming or reason for each movement. At M.E.L.T.Workout, everything we do is programed for a specific purpose and each workout is designed to meet the needs of people of all fitness levels.
You can expect your M.E.L.T. coach to be constantly running around cueing form, providing easier and/or harder variations for each exercise as well as modifications. We work with such a wide range of people, very seldom do people come in the door 100% healthy. Therefore, we are able to modify exercises to work for people with knee, ankle, low back, shoulder and most other common issues we see.
We can confidently say that through our programming and corrective exercise techniques, our members often holistically solve most injuries or pains they have.
