We offer affordable fitness solutions for people of all fitness levels. We are a local, small business located in Glastonbury, CT and we offer personal training, bootcamp workouts, bootcamp classes, bridal bootcamp, youth fitness and various other fitness programs. Unlike big box gyms, we have a caring community here at M.E.L.T. Workout Studios. Our focus is to deliver results. Our personal training is based on the latest exercise research, focusing on functional fitness and interval training. We do not use any machines!

We know that through using your core to stabilize your body as you are exercising with one of our traditional or non-traditional pieces of equipment, your body will benefit not only during our session but up to 48 hours after.

Our busy clientele find our 30 minute workouts not only effective, but fun. We also specialize in youth fitness, whether for athletics or to reduce body fat. Our youth is our future and we take pride in helping them develop healthy habits.

m.e.l.t. has transformed my body in a way I could have never done on my own. It works muscles that you never even knew you had. After even a few weeks of m.e.l.t. my clothes were fitting me differently and my body was leaner and tighter than it had ever been. I wasn't necessarily losing lbs, but instead was getting into great shape and feeling more energized. I'm seeing definition in parts of my body, such as my arms, that I didn't think could exist. More than anything, it has proved to me that anyone is capable of pushing themselves out of their comfort zone.

I get comments now "wow you look better than you did at your wedding" and that is due primarily to the training i've had at m.e.l.t. My best friend who i've known since middle school said to me, " you're more in shape now than you were playing varsity sports in High School". My focus now is on being in shape, being strong and having more energy -- which is a huge shift from what I used to think. Instead of focusing so much on the number on the scale, I focus on how strong I feel, how lean I look in my clothes and how I'm capable of doing things that I never could have done before.
