
Small Group Workouts and Fitness Training
At m.e.l.t.. we are dedicated to constantly tweaking our programs and innovating our training experience to provide our members with the best possible results. We are very excited to announce the launch of our Small Group Accelerated Personal Training next week! And you will be able to check out a session for free!
Difference between Small and Large Group
- Advanced programming: Our small group programs will be designed for a 12 week outcome so each session will progress accordingly.
- More Technical Exercises & Equipment: At m.e.l.t., one of our core philosophies is form first, intensity second. We know that certain exercises should not be done in a large group setting. Exercises and equipment that require a degree of learning need to be taught accordingly. One of the reasons why these types of exercises are difficult to grasp at first is because they use a ton of muscle, making them more challenging to perform but yielding a greater result.
- Even more intimidate coaching: You see how much our coaches move around and cue during our large group, in an 8:1 (8 people, one coach) setting the personalized attention is even greater.
If you were getting great results in large group, why would you do small group?
Our large group training "Bootcamp" is truly group personal training not just some cookie cutter big box gym class or the typical bootcamp. Everyone who shows up week to week sees amazing results. Our Small Group training is a way for you to accelerate the results you are currently seeing, provide a next level challenge and show you tangible change week to week…we will be logging every rep/weight so you can see your progress.Small and Large Group do not have to be exclusive from each other. Those who see the best results will be doing large group 2-4 x per week and small group 1-2 times per week. For this reason, we are making the prices as low as possible.
Small Group is also great for someone who needs to get started into a routine and would benefit from the intimidate coaching.
Difference Between Semi Private and Small Group?
Semi Private is a more premium option where people will be receiving their own personalized program in a small group setting. Where as Small Group offers both a muscle definition and fat loss program that we can modify for all levels. In Semi Private, the pace is slightly slower as the coach takes individualized time with people to show him or her their personalized exercises. Where as in Small Group, everyone will be coached through the exercises at once, and then split into two or three Muscle Definition or Fat Loss Zones. From there, the coach will be giving more intimidate coaching v.s taking more time to explain the exercises.Free Small Group Training
We don't ever want you to take our word for it so we're going to be offering two weeks of free small group training. You'll get one session to try it out! We recommend you thinking about this not just as another workout…it's best you schedule your small group on a day you are not doing large group.Please note these times are based off of what most people told us they would like for small group training. If you are seriously interested in adding Small Group to your routine and need another time, email us othertimes you might be interested in.
