Workout Studio’s Sports Specific Programs are for teams or small groups of athletes who are looking to unleash their potential and take their game to the next level.In addition to weights, kettlebells, bands and medicine balls, we have unique equipment that professional athletes use such as astro turf, sleds, harnesses, speed bands, reaction balls, tires etc.

Sports-Specific Program:

Injury prevention
Not all injuries are preventable, but most are. We accomplish this through foam rolling, flexibility and corrective exercise.

Conditioning
We get athletes Game Ready for their season

Strengthening
Every sport requires muscular strength. We prime our athletes to compete in their sport so that they do not get pushed around.

Explosiveness
We teach our athletes to react quickly, to accelerate and decelerate with ease.

Speed, Agility and Coordination
We teach proper form for all types of movement. We drill our athletes to move quicker and more efficiently.

Nutrition
Most athletes are either taking in too much of the wrong calories or not enough calories. We teach our athletes not only what to eat, but how to eat.
