M.E.L.T. Workout Studio’s Warrior training Class is an hour long advanced training class and additional to M.E.L.T. Workout Studio’s 30 Minute Group Personal Training Classes.

Is M.E.L.T. Workout Studio’s Warrior Training Class like Cross Fit?
Similar in that we teach you Olympic lifting moves (cleans, snataches, jerks), long endurance workouts and short intense mini works (similar to their W.O.D.s) but different in several areas:
  • As there are many CrossFit Affiliates with Top notch coaching, CrossFit Affiliates have a reputation for putting intensity ahead of form and people getting injured. At M.E.L.T., we put form first. You will leave sweating and exhausted, but we coach people to do movements safety first.
  • Where as CrossFit restricts workouts to only Olympic lifts, rowing and tactical training, our Warrior Training Class includes advanced movements from ALL disciplines (Olympic lifting, bodyweight conditioning, athletic training, power yoga to name a few) with all types of modalities (kettlebells, suspension trainers, medicine balls, stability balls, barbells, dumbbells, agility tools, sleds, prowlers etc,.)
