Here at M.E.L.T. Workout Studio, we work with youth as young as 7 years of age to 17. We have sport specific programs for youth who are involved in sports as well as general fitness programs for kids of all fitness levels. M.E.L.T. works with sports teams whether it's hosting the team at one of our locations OR traveling on site to their practices.
M.E.L.T. Workout Studio's youth fitness programs to give parents a healthy alternative for kids after school. This active after-school is program hosted at M.E.L.T. Workout Studio will promote health & fitness to youth in a fun way!
Our youth is forecasted to be the first generation in history to die before their parents due to the prevalence of disease at such young ages. Now more than ever, more kids are getting diagnosed with type II diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure which will lead to a life time of disease unless anything is done about it. M.E.L.T. Workout Studio’s mission with its youth is to teach lifelong lessons on fitness and nutrition. No kid should ever have to feel uncomfortable about their weight and especially no kid should ever “diet.” Our youth programs are built to help kids become healthy, improve self confidence and learn the basics about eating right.
